Jack and Margo Simmons, of Falmouth, Maine, sold their Unit 302 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Daniel and Jilinda Hinrichs, of Leawood, Kansas, for $3,545,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 3,435 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,528,800 in 1999.
David and Laureen Hadley sold their home at 1332 Westway Drive to Michael and Catherine Farello, of Greenwich, Connecticut, for $3.25 million. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,419 square feet of living area. It sold for $3 million in January.
