Richard Galson, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 902 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to Pamela Redmond and Joseph Michael Redmond, of Sarasota, for $1.83 million. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,335 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.3 million in 2005.
