A home in Longboat Key Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Tami Andrews Charlton, of Glenville, North Carolina, sold her home at 554 Jessmyth Drive to MCJR Property Holding LLC for $2.6 million. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,700 square feet of living area. It sold for $1 million in 2014.
Joseph Henry, of Paris, Texas, sold his Unit A-104 condominium at 3235 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Knight & White Properties LLC for $1.6 million. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It sold for $540,000 in 2019. Brian Schaffer, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 105 condominium at 3235 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Martin and Jennifer Lyman, of Longboat Key, for $1,595,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It sold for $530,000 in 2017.
Jeffrey and Judith Graff, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 6-C condominium at 2525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Raymond and Joanie Lello, of Bloomington, Illinois, for $1.5 million. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,468 square feet of living area. It sold for $550,000 in 2017.
