Top residential real estate sales for 2023 in Lakewood Ranch

A home in The Concession tops the year's Lakewood Ranch sales at $5.65 million.

Although the top East County sale of 2023, a $5.65 million home in the Concession, didn't measure up to 2022's top sale of $7,090,000, multimillion dollar home sales were more commonplace this year.

The 15th top sale of 2022 was a $1,992,100 home and that year saw 11 homes sell for $3 million or more. In 2023, 23 homes sold for $3 million or more.

Here is a look at the top 15 sales of 2023.


1. The Concession: $5.65 million

Alan Jay Wildstien Family Ltd. Partnership, sold the home at 8423 Lindrick Lane to Henry and Teresa Ramallo, of Bradenton, for $5.65 million. Built in 2022, it has five bedrooms, five-and-two-half baths, a pool and 5,591 square feet of living area.


2. The Concession: $5.45 million

Richard and RuthAnn Baesman, trustees, sold the home at 18820 Ganton Ave. to John Deluca and Terese Deluca, trustees, of Bradenton, for $5.45 million. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four-and–a-half baths, a pool and 7,355 square feet of living area.


3. The Lake Club: $5.15 million

Adam and Kimberly Oberman, of Bradenton, sold their home at 8019 Bowspirit Way to Herman and Jeanne Rottinghaus, of Lakewood Ranch, for $5.15 million. Built in 2022, it has six bedrooms, six-and-two-half baths, a pool and 6,507 square feet of living area.


4. The Concession: $4.28 million

Kemick Builders and Consultants LLC sold the home at 8476 Lindrick Lane to Robert Whitehead and Karen Silver, of Bradenton, for $4,275,000. Built in 2022, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,339 square feet of living area.


5. The Concession: $4.23 million

Jeffrey and Mary Rosenberg, of Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, sold their home at 8495 Lindrick Lane to Raymond and Sandra Levi, of Bradenton, for $4,225,000. Built in 2016, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 5,314 square feet of living area. It sold for $3.6 million in 2021.


6. The Concession: $3.8 million

Robert Rodgers and Ellen Piersol, of Bradenton, sold their home at 19453 Ganton Ave. to Donald Hostetter, of Bradenton, for $3.8 million. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 5,974 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.05 million in 2022.


7. The Lake Club: $3.75 million

Coy and Diane Peterson, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7909 Waterton Lane to Erik Sundquist, of Lakewood Ranch, for $3.75 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, seven baths, a pool and 4,436 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,515,000 in 2020.


8. Lake View Estates at Lake Club: $3.51 million

George Elliott Mitchell and Herbert Clark West, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 14839 Como Circle to Eric Audette and Wendy Jestings, of Bradenton, for $3,509,000. Built in 2019, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,314 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,085,500 in 2020.


9. The Lake Club: $3.5 million

James Tilton, of Punta Gorda, sold his home at 8511 Pavia Way to Robin Pederson, trustee, of Bradenton, for $3.5 million. Built in 2023, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,187 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,322,100 in April.

10. The Lake Club: $3.46 million

Alfred and Karen Frederick, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 8537 Pavia Way to Vasilios and Jennifer Kiritsis, of Bradenton, for $3,455,000. Built in 2022, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,291 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,987,700 in 2022.


11. Hawk Island: $3.4 million

Scott Lidberg, of Gulfport, sold his home at 3715 Hawk Island Drive to Steven and Lee Augustine, of Duncansville, Pennsylvania, for $3,395,000. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,161 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.5 million in 2019.


12. The Lake Club: $3.38 million

Constance Anne Bertuca, trustee, and Theodore Bertuca, of Sarasota, sold the home at 8016 Bowspirit Way to Rod and Ashley Stuckey, of Lakewood Ranch, for $3,375,000. Built in 2017, it has four bedrooms, four-and–a-half baths, a pool and 4,398 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,799,400 in 2017.


13. The Lake Club: $3.3 million

SD TLC Holdings LLC sold the home at 16936 Clearlake Ave. to David Eckert and Sachiko Eckert, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, for $3,295,100. Built in 2022, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,132 square feet of living area.


14. The Lake Club: $3.25 million

Melanie Hamrick, of New York City, sold her home at 15809 Clearlake Ave. to Ted Fredric Thomsen and Amber Kay Thomsen, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, for $3.25 million. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 5,726 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.98 million in 2020.


15. Lake View Estates: $3.2 million

Barbara and Vance Vinar, trustees, of Faribault, Minnesota, sold the home at 8335 Lucerne Loop to RWD Properties LLC for $3.2 million. Built in 2021, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,002 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,582,800 in 2021.


15. The Lake Club: $3.2 million

Albert Christian Elser and Storm Elser, of River Hills, Wisconsin, sold their home at 16101 Baycross Drive to Salvatore Catalano and Karen Fleming-Catalano, of Lakewood Ranch, for $3.2 million. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,526 square feet of living area.
