Maurice and Ellen Guinan, of Littleton, Colorado, sold their home at 408 Jackson Drive to BL LaRue Real Estate LLC for $2.8 million. Built in 1955, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,344 square feet of living area. It sold for $750,000 in 2004.
Jacqueline Taylor, of Buffalo, New York, sold the Unit 303 condominium at 1281 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Thomas Eaton and Elizabeth Marie Fernandez, of Alpharetta, Georgia, for $2.71 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,054 square feet of living area. It sold for $827,800 in 1999.
Michael and Sandra Podolak, trustees, of Sarasota, sold two-properties at 136 Coolidge Drive to 136 Coolidge Drive LLC for $2.5 million. The first property was built in 1947, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,124 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,120 square feet of living area They sold for $317,500 in 2000.
Trudy Blackwell Barry, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 429 Pheasant Way to Thomas Andrew Vella and Cynthia Jean Vella, of Lake Angelus, Michigan, for $2 million. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,706 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,166,500 in 2020.
