Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,936 square feet of living area. It sold for $2 million in 2010.

T Capital Partners II LP sold the Unit 401 condominium at 4985 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Teresa Walsh and Thomas Walsh, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $4.6 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,344 square feet of living area. It sold for $3.1 million in 2018.

Ann Whitney, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1B2 condominium at 2333 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Charles Carey and Sallie Carey, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $2,975,000. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,961 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.6 million in 2000.

Lindall and Amber Stinson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 210 Grant Drive to Matthew and Jessica Cullinan, of Longmeadow, Massachusetts, for $2,475,000. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,001 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,125,000 in 2020.
