Ploutus LLC sold the home at 615 Owl Way to Frank Joseph Creede and Janice Rosalie Creede, trustees, of Sarasota, for $2,049,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,360 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.15 million in 2020.
Niklas Eklund, of Sweden, sold the Unit S-602 condominium at 601 Longboat Club Road to Safeway Acquisition Co. LLC for $1.6 million. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It sold for $685,000 in 2013.
