A home in Lido Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. 436 Polk LLC sold the home at 436 S. Polk Drive to Bruce Ingram Jr., trustee, of New Braunfels, Texas, for $4.5 million. Built in 2019, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,038 square feet of living area.


Queen’s Harbour

Ann Anderson, of Longboat Key, sold her home at 3554 Fair Oaks Lane to Nicholas and Danielle Gladding and Joann Desrosiers, of Longboat Key, for $3,825,000. Built in 1997, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,493 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,325,000 in 2014.


Longboat Key

The Sandy Pines Nine Family Ltd. Liability Partnership sold the home at 816 Jungle Queen Way to Johannes van Vliet and Michelle Wilson, of Longboat Key, for $1,425,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,568 square feet of living area. It sold for $550,000 in 2011.


Harbour Oaks at Longboat Key Club

Robert Kasper, of Bradenton, sold his Unit 302 condominium at 2217 Harbourside Drive to Stephen and Jonette Sullivan, of Longboat Key, for $1,375,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,448 square feet of living area. It sold for $600,000 in 2018.


Gulf Front

Judith Fleming, trustee, of Hudson, Ohio, sold the Unit 104 condominium at 5201 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Falin McMellon, of Bradenton, for $1.09 million. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,184 square feet of living area. It sold for $513,000 in 2011.

Islander Club

TALKWW LLC sold the Unit 24-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Brian Bennett, of Longboat Key, for $500,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It sold for $500,000 in April.


Longboat Harbour

Frank Digregorio, of Tarpon Springs, sold his Unit 204 condominium at 4420 Exeter Drive to Bradley and Lonie Hoover, of Brentwood, Tennessee, for $420,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 725 square feet of living area. It sold for $282,000 in 2019.


Beach Harbor Club

Jean Horrigan-Delhey, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit A-203 condominium at 3802 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robin Lynn Hoyle, of Longboat Key, for $375,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,007 square feet of living area. It sold for $182,000 in 2001.
