A home in Queens Harbor tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Alan Mann, Lori Mann Gluck and Richard Mann sold their home at 3572 Fair Oaks Way to David Doyle, of Birmingham, Michigan, for $2.1 million. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,052 square feet of living area. It sold for $755,000 in 1994.


Longboat Beach House

James and Lynn Long, of Odessa, sold their Unit 304 condominium at 4311 Gulf of Mexico Drive to GMD304-23 LLC for $1,112,500. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,239 square feet of living area. It sold for $160,000 in 1991.


Pelican Harbour Beach Club

Karen Elliott, trustee, of Naples, sold the Unit W-1 condominium at 4234 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Thomas Kerr Cathey and Jana Marie Cathey, trustees, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, for $620,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,150 square feet of living area. It sold for $263,000 in 2009.

Robert and Catherine Cassidy, of Scotch Plains, New Jersey, sold their Unit 15 condominium at 800 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to Silvio and Iva Tanev, of Bradenton, for $475,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,090 square feet of living area. It sold for $90,000 in 1994.
