Top residential real estate sales for Nov. 6-10 in Longboat, Lido, St. Armands, Bird Key

A home in John Ringling Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James and Susan Davis, of Mequon, Wisconsin, sold two properties at 477 McKinley Drive to Marc Gerard Preininger and Renee Rochelle Preininger, of Lakewood Ranch, for $6,305,000. The first property was built in 1939, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,549 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 2021, it has one bedroom, one bath and 783 square feet of living area.

Longbeach

Phillip and Jo Ann Coleman, of Houston, sold their home at 7094 Longboat Drive E. to Donda Mullis, of Longboat Key, for $2.5 million. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,916 square feet of living area.

Country Club Shores

Canada Inc. sold the home at 525 Ketch Lane to Darin Davis, of Ontario, Canada, for $1.25 million. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,876 square feet of living area. It sold for $235,700 in 1992.

Longboat Arms

Jerry Mullins, of Bradenton, sold his Unit 106-D condominium at 3330 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Carol Elaine McKishnie, of Longboat Key, for $678,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,106 square feet of living area. It sold for $215,000 in 2002.

Whitney Beach

Guy and Mary Ann Tomlinson, of Amsterdam, New York, sold their Unit 135 condominium at 6700 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Bryan and Lisa Roberts, of Milton, Georgia, for $625,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,441 square feet of living area. It sold for $325,000 in 2004.
