A condominium in Plaza at Five Points tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Louis Valente, trustee, and Jileen Valente, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the Unit 17PHD condominium at 50 Central Ave. to James and Susan Davis, of Sarasota, for $3.6 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 4,095 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.2 million in 2020.

Lewis Solomon and Janet Stern Solomon, trustees, sold the Unit 53 condominium at 340 S. Palm Ave. to Noel Lee Goddard and John Joseph Prisco, trustees, of Sarasota, for $2.5 million. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,437 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,395,000 in 2015. 


1500 State Street

Brett Cassidy, of Lakewood Ranch, sold his Unit 501 condominium at 1500 State St. to Ilan Dahan and Virginia Lynn Dahan, of Pensacola, for $740,000. Built in 2017, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,028 square feet of living area. It sold for $710,000 in 2022. 


Pelican Cove

Lance Daniel Hollander and Cara Blythin Hollander, trustees, sold the Unit 114 condominium at 1601 Pelican Point Drive to Charles Schmidt and Linda Domenitz, of W. Hartford, Connecticut, for $577,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,528 square feet of living area. It sold for $315,000 in 2018. 

Monika Ince sold the Unit 181 condominium at 1511 Pelican Point Drive to Sherman Kelly and Judy Abrams, of Trumansburg, New York, for $557,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,576 square feet of living area. It sold for $427,000 in 2005. 


Forest Lakes Country Club Estates

W.J. and Sheila McCormick, trustees, of Upton, Massachusetts, sold the home at 3440 Pine Valley Drive to James Dodds and Lisa Anne Barletta Dodds, trustees, of Sarasota, for $557,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,794 square feet of living area. It sold for $128,000 in 1989. 


Palmers

DJJS Real Estate LLC sold the home at 2567 Arlington St. to Lisa Morano, of Sarasota, for $545,000. Built in 1953, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,360 square feet of living area. It sold for $445,000 in July. 


Westlake Estates

Alan Leather, of Cornwall, England, sold his home at 5324 Fox Run Road to Christian Jenkins and Edward Owen Jenkins, of Sarasota, for $530,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,778 square feet of living area. It sold for $112,000 in 1993. 


Greenbriar Homes

Mose and Ida Graber, of Jamesport, Missouri, sold their home at 2904 Browning St. to Andrew Beiler, of Ronks, Pennsylvania, for $525,000. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,331 square feet of living area. It sold for $180,000 in 2016.

Scott and Anna Mulcahy sold their Unit 933 condominium at 1100 Cove II Place to Michael and Dorothea McIntyre, of Cincinnati, for $825,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of living area. It sold for $651,200 in 2021. 

Ocean Beach

Deborah Yates, of Sarasota, sold her home at 4626 Gleason Ave. to Stacey Austin-Pauley, of Arroyo Grande, California, for $744,000. Built in 1955, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 959 square feet of living area. It sold for $385,900 in 2015. 


Gulf and Bay Club Bayside

Craig Klunder and John and Kimberly Klunder, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1326-D condominium at 1326 Siesta Bayside Drive to John Thor Bender and Liberty Barrion Bender, of Westminster, Maryland, for $687,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 959 square feet of living area. It sold for $500,500 in 2020.

Stephen and Kathleen Mendolia, trustees, of Herndon, Virginia, sold the home at 12374 Marsh Pointe Road to Mark and Joanne Lawrie, of Sarasota, for $769,900. Built in 2020, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,902 square feet of living area. It sold for $465,100 in 2020. 


Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club

Joshua Hartway and Denyse Turner-Hartway, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8780 Pebble Creek Lane to Thomas and Diane Bourque, of N. Scituate, Rhode Island, for $715,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,366 square feet of living area. It sold for $683,000 in 2022.

Rebecca Inderbitzen Satkowski and Steven Satkowski, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1 condominium at 7290 Alicante Drive to Steve and Teresa Bibas, of Sarasota, for $690,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,190 square feet of living area. It sold for $649,000 in 2022.

Michael and Alla Uvarov, trustees, of Centennial, Colorado, sold the home at 5239 Highbury Circle to James Allan Terhorst and Nancy McDonald Terhorst, of Vacaville, California, for $623,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,182 square feet of living area. It sold for $265,000 in 2012.

Sandra Zuersher, of Tampa, sold the home at 8351 Canary Palm Court to Wien Chan and Rashmi Prakash, of Sarasota, for $558,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,132 square feet of living area. It sold for $199,200 in 1998.
