Donald Hamaty Jr. and Tamara Sudderth Hamaty sold their Unit 204 condominium at 1115 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Elizabeth Burdeau and Jan Kapstad, of Andover, Massachusetts, for $1,275,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,503 square feet of living area. It sold for $995,000 in 2021.
Stephen and Jonette Sullivan, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 903 condominium at 2123 Harbourside Drive to TPHLBK7KIDS LLC for $975,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and 2,224 square feet of living area. It sold for $420,800 in 2016.
