Built in 1960, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 5,572 square feet of living area. It sold for $3.1 million in 2005.
Katherine Sykes Stroker, of Sarasota, sold her Unit A-403 condominium at 575 Sanctuary Drive to CDY Florida LLC for $1.9 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,823 square feet of living area. It sold for $800,000 in 2014.
Mary Moore, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 6833 Pine St. to 2538970 Ontario Inc. $1.8 million. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,629 square feet of living area. It sold for $100,000 in 1979.
