Eugene and Sandra Kravitz sold their home at 609 Yawl Lane to Kenneth and Sandra Doonan, of Wichita, Kansas, for $5.5 million. Built in 1966, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,931 square feet of living area. It sold for $430,000 in 1987.
Jeffrey and Laura Deane, trustees, of Annapolis, Maryland, sold the Unit W301 condominium at 2052 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Timothy and Jana Hourigan, of Acworth, Georgia, for $4.8 million.
