A home in Lighthouse Point tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Sharon and Michael Tetterton sold their home at 55 Lighthouse Point Drive to Walter George Glaser, of Cos Cob, Connecticut, for $8.5 million. Built in 1995, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,159 square feet of living area. It sold for $4.5 million in 2017.


Country Club Shores

Nancy and Garry Goudy sold their home at 524 Cutter Lane to Kevin and Heidi Berry, of Longboat Key, for $2,925,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,378 square feet of living area. It sold for $580,000 in 2001.


Bird Key

Linh Vu and Michael Boggs, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 217 Bird Key Drive to Barrett Ray Crook and Elaine Crook, of Columbus, Ohio, for $2.4 million. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths, a pool and 2,460 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,765,000 in 2023.


Grand Bay

Jay and Nilly Dor, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 346 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to Debbie Massey, of Miramar Beach, for $2 million. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. It sold for $690,000 in 1998.


Villa Di Lancia

Kenneth Paul Jones, trustee, of Tampa, sold the Unit 211 condominium at 2185 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William and Sally Finissi, of Arlington, Ohio, for $1,965,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,485 square feet of living area. It sold for $950,000 in 2020.

Glen and Lori Fabian, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 560 Broadway to Matthew Strollo and Laura Sciocchetti, of Tampa, for $1.75 million. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,370 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,598,000 in 2022.


Harbour Oaks II

Steven Aron, of Sarasota, sold his home at 2377 Harbour Oaks Drive to Neal and Marianne Robin, of Bingham Farms, Michigan, for $1.17 million. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,487 square feet of living area. It sold for $650,000 in 2019.

Purvi Patel Dennis and Robert Dennis sold their home at 2303 Harbour Oaks Drive to Richard Barone and Jackie Wise, of Lyndhurst, Ohio, for $905,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,327 square feet of living area. It sold for $670,000 in 2023.

Sarasota Fox LLC sold the Unit 4206 condominium at 240 Sands Point Road to Milam Realty LLC for $1.1 million. Built in 1982, it has one bedroom, one bath and 640 square feet of living area. It sold for $475,000 in 2014. 

Kola Properties LLC sold the Unit 4205 condominium at 240 Sands Point Road to Milam Realty LLC for $1 million. Built in 1982, it has one bedroom, one bath and 640 square feet of living area. It sold for $925,000 in 2022.


Fairway Bay

William and Maryl Levine, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 543 condominium at 2110 Harbourside Drive to Darrell and Claudia Moore, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, for $1.09 million. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,031 square feet of living area. It sold for $740,000 in 2018.


Seaplace

Christopher and Maura Kearns, of Ship Bottom, New Jersey, sold their Unit G-2-104A condominium at 2055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Samuel Carubba and Mary Lynn Carubba, of Pinehurst, North Carolina, for $592,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It sold for $380,000 in 2015.
