SOTA adds virtual concierge for condo buyers

Even before SOTA Residences & Hotel opens at the corner of Main Street and Goodrich Avenue, buyers of the 35 luxury condominiums will have access to a virtual concierge service which Trepp Developments President Rodrigo Trepp calls the first of its kind in Sarasota. 

Trepp has contracted with LIVunLtd, a global luxury brand, to provide all facets of service for residents living above the boutique Hotel SOTA. A dedicated “lifestyle curator” assigned to SOTA will assist residents with services from automobile shipping, hanging their art collection and scheduling a personal trainer to travel planning and acquiring sporting event tickets.

The service will be in addition to a staffed private lobby, 24/7 valet, poolside towel service, access to in-residence dining, and a house account for all food and beverage outlets at Hotel SOTA. “With LIVunLtd, our residents will also have a concierge in their pocket,” said Trepp.

“The LIVunLtd concierge service has already been considered in the HOA fees for SOTA Residences, and Trepp Developments is extending the worldwide service to buyers upon contract to showcase the serviced lifestyle of their future home,” said Simon Bacon of Michael Saunders & Co. the listing brokerage selling the two- and three-bedroom condominiums starting at approximately $1.8 million.

Based in New York City, LIVunLtd provides its concierge services to 134 luxury properties across the country. 

Site preparation continues for SOTA, a 16-story tower at 1703 Main St. that, in addition to the 35 residential units, will include a 120-room boutique hotel. The condos will be located on floors 11 to 16 atop the hotel.
