A two-property sale on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Patrick and Theresa Dorsey, of Siesta Key, sold two properties at 854 N. Casey Key Road to Jillayne Pinchuk, trustee, of Dubuque, Iowa, for $4.35 million. The first property was built in 1975 and has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,278 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 2002 and has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet of living area. They sold for $2.4 million in 2020.

Joanna Louise Vazquez sold the Unit 1105 condominium at 1155 N. Gulfstream Ave. to James McLane and Mary Margaret McLane, of Sarasota, for $3.24 million. Built in 2017, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,313 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,719,200 in 2017.

Wilmer Stewart, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1767 Loma Linda St. to Gordon Scott France and Cara Diane France, trustees, of Pacifica, California, for $1.41 million. Built in 1948, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,921 square feet of living area.

Mary Nolan, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 707 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Steven Aron, of Longboat Key, for $1,157,500. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,805 square feet of living area. It sold for $670,000 in 2021.

Frank PR South LLC sold the Unit 306 condominium at 1338 Fourth St. to Bernice Giscombe, of Sarasota, for $812,000. Built in 2021, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,117 square feet of living area. It sold for $501,700 in 2021.

Estate Property Experts LLC sold the home at 2676 Bryce Lane to Gretchen Duffner Hand and Bonnie Jean Ogle, of Sarasota, for $735,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,289 square feet of living area. It sold for $455,000 in 2018.

Carolyn Berthelsen sold her home at 6901 Easton Court to Kerry Weaver, of Sarasota, for $640,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,850 square feet of living area. It sold for $127,400 in 1993.
