A two-property sale in Siesta Properties tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Rita Davidson, of Osprey, sold two properties at 8324 Sanderling Road to Anne Forhan, trustee, of Sarasota, for $6.75 million. The first property was built in 1989 and has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,946 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1952 and has one bedroom, two baths and 728 square feet of living area.

Michael Strauss and Robin Klein-Strauss sold their Unit 1909 condominium at 1155 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Avivith Oppenheim, of Sarasota, for $4.25 million. Built in 2017, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,895 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.85 million in 2021.

Eugenie Sheerar, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1605 Palmetto Lane to 1stDoor Renovations FL LLC for $3.5 million. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,306 square feet of living area.

JKL-JCM Family Investment LLC sold the Unit 602 condominium at 540 N. Tamiami Trail to Johannes Waals and Paulette Lois Waals, of Sarasota, for $3.35 million. Built in 2020, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,773 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.4 million in 2020.

Newtown Capital Management LLC sold the home at 904 Virginia Drive to Jason Sparbel and Trisha Sparbel, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1.2 million. Built in 1941, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,839 square feet of living area. It sold for $1 million in 2022.
