A home in Sarasota Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. 5409 Plaza Des Las Palmas LLC sold the home at 5409 Plaza Des Las Palmas to 5409 Plaza LLC for $4 million. Built in 2023, it has seven bedrooms, seven-and-a-half baths and 5,184 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.2 million in 2021.


 

Sarasota

Huntington Pointe

Diana and Bobby Caughron, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4109 Hearthstone Drive to Andrew Shock, of Sarasota, for $603,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,149 square feet of living area. It sold for $262,000 in 2012.


South Gate

Dylan Scott Dean, of Sarasota, sold his home at 2408 Sunnyside St. to Alfredo Cordova and Nicole Greenwood, of Bradenton, for $595,00. Built in 1958, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,652 square feet of living area. It sold for $542,000 in 2022.


Greenbriar Homes

Lonnie and Amy Borkholder sold their home at 2857 Novus St. to Emanuel and Sara Ann Stoltzfus, of Sarasota, for $575,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,582 square feet of living area. It sold for $453,000 in 2022.


Forest Lakes Country Club Estates

Carl Taylor sold the home at 2356 Riviera Drive to J. Nelson and Karen Hoover, of Canon City, Colorado, for $550,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,255 square feet of living area. It sold for $147,500 in 1994.

Whitaker

Casa Ixora LLC sold two properties at 2459 Ixora Ave. to Garrett and Milagros Gnatek, of Niskayuna, New York, for $550,000. The first property was built in 1945 and has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,026 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1980 and has one bedroom, one bath and 160 square feet of living area. They sold for $526,200 in 2022.

Janet and Terry Stotts, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the Unit 62 condominium at 5966 Midnight Pass Road to Christopher Fowler, trustee, of Wentzville, Missouri, for $925,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 720 square feet of living area. It sold for $725,000 in 2004.


Siesta Isles

F. Avery Ceo, trustee, of Lilburn, Georgia, sold the home at 1020 Glebe Lane to Robert and Vicki Rauh, of Bemus Point, New York, for $825,000. Built in 1975, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,648 square feet of living area. It sold for $282,500 in 2000.

Julie McClure Miller and Stewart Craig Miller, of St. Petersburg, sold their Unit C-204 condominium at 8776 Midnight Pass Road to Cody Dean Lindquist, of Siesta Key, for $740,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,338 square feet of living area. It sold for $735,000 in 2023.

Susan Voelz, of Geneva, Illinois, sold her Unit 505G condominium at 8773 Midnight Pass Road to Lisa Sand-Ferron, of E. Amherst, New York, for $537,500. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,303 square feet of living area. It sold for $375,000 in 2004.

Nikolay Nikolov and Penka Gibinska, of Southold, New York, sold their Unit 5128 condominium at 5128 Calle Minorga to Raymond Daniel Crilley and Crystal Gail Crilley, of Port Charlotte, for $549,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 766 square feet of living area. It sold for $335,000 in 2018.
