Top residential real estate sales for Feb. 12-16 in Longboat, Lido, St. Armands, Bird Key

A condominium in Bonaire tops the week's sales at $9.16 million.

A condominium in Bonaire tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. William and Patricia Werzyn, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, sold their Unit 3 condominium at 5005 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Schutte LBK LLC for $9.16 million. Built in 2020, it has five bedrooms, five-and-two-half baths, a pool and 4,638 square feet of living area. It sold for $7.2 million in 2020.


L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club

Jerome Blumberg, as Personal Representative, sold the Unit K-905 condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to Kenneth Edgar Jr. and Denise Harvey, of Longboat Key, for $3.75 million. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,687,500 in 2001.


Bay Isles

Nale Developments (Florida) Inc. sold the home at 540 Harbour Cove Circle to Dominic Zaccone II, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $2.97 million. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,081 square feet of living area. It sold for $515,000 in 1992.


Corey’s Landing

Robert and Andrea Munzer, Michael Munzer and Steven Munzer sold their home at 3464 Mistletow Lane to David Doyle, of Birmingham, Michigan, for $2 million. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,367 square feet of living area. It sold for $632,800 in 2006.


Villa Di Lancia

Mary Ann Hackett, trustee, of Mequon, Wisconsin, sold the Unit 111 condominium at 2165 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Derek Clark, trustee, of Newburgh, Indiana, for $2 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,470 square feet of living area. It sold for $895,000 in 1997.


Sea Gate Club

Tracey and Robert Cormier, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 13-B condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jeffery Crace, trustee, of Canal Winchester, Ohio, for $1,725,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,470 square feet of living area. It sold for $675,000 in 2012.


Fairway Bay III

Jane Luscombe and G. Thomas Luscombe, trustees, sold the Unit 645 condominium at 2120 Harbourside Drive to John Parent, trustee, of Walloon Lake, Michigan, for $1,721,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,632 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,195,000 in 2013.


Laguna Yacht Village

Michael and Wendoly Reichert, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 3 condominium at 6326 Laguna Drive to Michael McCredie, trustee, of Ashland, Massachusetts, for $1.7 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,152 square feet of living area. It sold for $940,000 in 2021.


Longbeach Village

Uma Bedi, trustee, of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, sold the Unit 11 condominium at 7105 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mary Kathryn Varsanik and Robert Varsanik, of Rochester, Michigan, for $850,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It sold for $449,700 in 2003.


Banyan Bay Club

Larry Anstine, trustee, and Brenda Stier-Anstine, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 305 condominium at 5265 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael Gus Mazzola, of Colts Neck, New Jersey, for $800,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,128 square feet of living area. It sold for $575,000 in 2005.


Riviera of Lido Beach

Catherine de’ Ath, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 3-B condominium at 131 Garfield Drive to Thomas and Sarah Creath, of Corning, New York, for $725,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,215 square feet of living area. It sold for $112,000 in 1981.

The Shore

Peter Perrotta, trustee, of Chicago, sold the Unit 103 condominium at 5757 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James Zello and Bonnie June Meyer-Zello, of Swanton, Maryland, for $712,500. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,561 square feet of living area. It sold for $210,000 in 1993.


Seaplace

Brenda Gail Shields and Ronald Shields, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit G4-106-G condominium at 1975 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Aaron and Laurie Butler, of Onalaska, Wisconsin, for $650,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,068 square feet of living area. It sold for $399,000 in 2019.


Beach Harbor Club

David Roger Lowin sold the Unit C-205 condominium at 3806 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Nancy Elaine Whitley, of Longboat Key, for $450,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,031 square feet of living area. It sold for $450,000 in 2023.
