David Vincent Lopez and Shana Marie Lopez sold their home at 3251 Higel Ave. to Gerald Valente, of Nyack, New York, for $6.25 million. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,733 square feet of living area. It sold for $5,775,000 in 2022.

Michael and Jerry Antonetti, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 437 Sapphire Drive to Grace Jebara, of Sarasota, for $998,900. Built in 1955, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,614 square feet of living area. It sold for $200,000 in 2010.
