A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Kimberley Grace Jordinson, of Sarasota, sold her home at 109 N. Warbler Lane to Paradise Land Holdings LLC for $3,655,600. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,627 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.6 million in 2011.


Corey’s Landing

Daniel Christopher Bracciano and Susan Bracciano, of Bradenton, sold their home at 3520 Mistletoe Lane to Christopher and Carol Sipe, of Lakeland, for $3 million. Built in 1991, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,717 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.1 million in 2021.


Bay Isles

Thomas and Linda McDonald, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 511 Harbor Gate Way to Tracey Lynn Cormier, of Longboat Key, for $2,795,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,304 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,399,000 in 2020.


Queen’s Harbour

Silvana Nandin and Antonia Giliberti sold their home at 3542 Fair Oaks Lane to Andrew and Gillian Anderson, of Longboat Key, for $2,695,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,134 square feet of living area. It sold for$975,000 in 2020.


Longbeach

Randall and Kim Verdino, trustees, sold the home at 6957 Longboat Drive S. to Paula Heidrich and David Heidrich, trustees, of Villa Hills, Kentucky, for $2,575,000. Built in 2019, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,288 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,125,000 in 2020. Thomas and Debra Kukla, trustees, of St. Augustine, sold the Unit 21 condominium at 7155 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Stephen and Kelli Garger, of Clifton Park, New York, for $1,035,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It sold for $480,000 in 2020.

James and Katrina Schadler, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 304 condominium at 1300A Bird Key home on Mourning Dove Drive tops the week's sales at $11.5 million.Benjamin Franklin Drive to Michael and Jennifer Brady, of Fayetteville, New York, for $1.9 million. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,864 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.95 million in 2022.

455 Longboat Club Rd LLC sold the Unit 807 condominium at 455 Longboat Club Road to Pierre 807 LLC for $1.75 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,410 square feet of living area. It sold for $646,000 in 1997.


Grand Bay

Geraldine Peterman, of Longboat Key, sold her Unit 375 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to Patrick and Alison Scott, of Upper Arlington, Ohio, for $1.55 million. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,143 square feet of living area. It sold for $640,000 in 1998.


Country Club Shores

524 Halyard Lane LLC sold the home at 524 Halyard Lane to 524 Halyard CCS LLC for $1.45 million. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,668 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.3 million in 2022.


Whitney Beach

Gordon and Helen Graber, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 331 condominium at 6701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Debra Lichter, of Sarasota, for $1,062,500. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,169 square feet of living area. It sold for $416,000 in 2017.

Potthast Longboat Properties LLC sold the home at 619 Jungle Queen Way to Jess Goodman and Caroline Skelton-Goodman, of Ontario, Canada, for $875,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,356 square feet of living area. It sold for $340,000 in 2010.


Islander Club of Longboat

Craig and Diane Markovitz, of Pittsburgh, sold their Unit 45-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Thomas and Leann Lizza, of Grosse Pointe, Michigan, for $800,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It sold for $390,000 in 2016.

Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,257 square feet of living area. It sold for $350,000 in 2007.

Steven Stroman, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit T-1 condominium at 4234 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Harvey Pierce, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $735,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,150 square feet of living area. It sold for $550,000 in 2021.
