A home on Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Mark and Shanna Thompson, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 762 Jungle Queen Way to Danny and Danielle Madole, of Longboat Key, for $1.25 million. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,714 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.25 million in 2023.


Seaplace

Rand Stack and Constance Pollak Stack, of Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, sold their Unit M1-304-J condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Maya Schon, of Longboat Key, for $1,175,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet of living area. It sold for $482,500 in 2016.

St. Armands Towers North

Mary Ginsberg, of New York City, sold the Unit 61 condominium at 1 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Ian Knight and Andrea Claudia Knight, of Menlo Park, California, for $1.15 million. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area. It sold for $595,000 in 2009.
