Photo by Lori SaxIn honor of its latest exhibition featuring the work of artist Judy Pfaff, Sarasota Art Museum held its second Fresh Perspective Lunch on Jan. 17 at the museum.
The 80 or so attendees got to enjoy a salmon salad lunch while listening to Pfaff talk with Sona Pastel-Daneshgar, the curator of Tandem Press, about their three decades of working together.
Plaff discussed the collaboration and its effects on her work, including her recent SAM exhibit, “Picking up the Pieces.” The exhibit, which explores Hurricane Ian’s devastating impact on Southwest Florida, runs through March 24.
The Sarasota Art Museum’s mission is to spotlight and encourage contemporary art.
