A condominium in en Provence tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Davie Holstein and Paul and Kathleen Solomon, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 2 condominium at 2161 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Liana Marante, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $4.7 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,400 square feet of living area. It sold for $3.85 million in 2017.


John Ringling Estates

Sharon Strassfeld and Michael Vincent Ramella, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 425 McKinley Drive to 425 McKinley LLC for $2.75 million. Built in 1956, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,440 square feet of living area. It sold for $675,000 in 2016. Ashwini and Leslie Bahl, of Sarasota, sold their home at 139 N. Blvd. of the Presidents toMark and Shanna Thompson, of Sarasota, for $2 million. Built in 1953, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,740 square feet of living area. It sold for $480,000 in 2011.


Bay Isles

Sally Jaret, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1600 Harbor Sound Drive to Illya Trincher, of Las Vegas, for $2.4 million. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths,

a pool and 3,934 square feet of living area. It sold for $630,000 in 1987.


Fairway Bay

Betty and Lane Donnelly and Lane and Betty Donnelly, trustees, of Cincinnati, sold the Units 334 and 335 condominium at 2016 Harbourside Drive to Richard Burtt, of Longboat Key, for $1.4 million. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,462 square feet of living area. It sold for $600,000 in 2017.

St. Armands Towers

Eugene Andrew Tomashosky and Christina Tomashosky, of Brooksville, sold their Unit 26 condominium at 101 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Victor Villarreal and Ronald Kaser, of Sarasota, for $1.1 million. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,075,000 in 2022.


Seaplace

Susan Stern and Wendy Kahn, trustees, of Bethesda, Maryland, sold the Unit M2-509A condominium at 1945 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Denise Harcke, trustee, of Fernandina Beach, for $890,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,265 square feet of living area. It sold for $193,000 in 1986.


The Presidential

Heather Charshoodian, of Belmont, Massachusetts, sold her Unit 208 condominium at 845 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Wayne Eugene Stull and Natalie Stull, of Frederick, Maryland, for $580,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 991 square feet of living area. It sold for $95,000 in 1990.
