A condominium in The Phoenix tops all sales in this week’s real estate. Franklyn and Dale Gorell, of Iron Station, North Carolina, sold their Unit 401 condominium at 136 Golden Gate Point to Frank and Lisa Pecora, of Whitestone, New York, for $3.3 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,785 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,295,000 in 2019.
Buccaneer Bay
Dorothy Elvin Lawrence and Alice Parker Nelson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7336 Captain Kidd Ave. to Balazs Szabo and Angela Kelo Gere, of Sarasota, for $2.5 million. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 4,355 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.84 million in 2020.

Jerel and Barbara Johnson, of Venice, sold their Unit 1203 condominium at 770 S. Palm Ave. to David Wilkins and Lois Wilkins, trustees, of Sarasota, for $1,365,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,520 square feet of living area. It sold for $805,000 in 2021.

Linda Getzen, Sandra Alger and James Getzen, of Sarasota, sold two properties at 1421 Westbrook Drive to James and Minta Getzen, of Sarasota, for $1,033,400.
