A condominium in Grand Bay tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Terry Alexander Gans and Diane Gans, of San Carlos, California, sold their Unit 316 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to D W Johnstone (2014) Ltd. for $2.25 million. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.5 million in 2007.


Dream Island

George and Dorothy Suca, of Bradenton, sold their home at 711 Emerald Harbor Drive to Patrice Helen Fanning, of Longboat Key, for $1,895,000. Built in 1960, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,288 square feet of living area. It sold for $515,000 in 1999.


Beachplace

Paul and Patricia Dawson, of British Columbia, sold their Unit 501 condominium at 1045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Our M&M’s Beachplace LLC for $1.3 million. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It sold for $650,000 in 2008.

Longboat Beachcomber

Kevin and Elisabeth Ruscitti, of Westport, Connecticut, sold their Units 601 and 603 condominium at 2721 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Shepherd Investment Holdings Inc. for $1,025,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,350 square feet of living area. It sold for $275,000 in 2009.


Longbeach

Stephen and Kelli Garger and Kathleen Caponera, of Clifton Park, New York, sold their Unit 22 condominium at 7145 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Christopher and Colleen Leffler, of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, for $950,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet of living area. It sold for $228,900 in 1999.


Seaplace

Kathryn Steinbugler, of Southold, New York, sold the Unit G1-212-D condominium at 2089 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Kimberly Skaff, of Longboat Key, for $865,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,214 square feet of living area. It sold for $670,000 in 2019.


Windward Bay

Walter and Lynda Wolverton, of Lakeland, sold their Unit 201 condominium at 4900 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Adam and Jeannine Abele, of Lakewood Ranch, for $819,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,559 square feet of living area. It sold for $520,000 in 2021. Phyllis Bourgery, of Blackstone, Massachusetts, sold her Unit 7-V-11 condominium at 4760 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Marianne Crosley, trustee, of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, for $325,000. Built in 1974, it has one bedroom, one baths and 812 square feet of living area. It sold for $74,000 in 1994.


Longboat Harbour Towers

Patricia Stern Winkel, trustee, of Pasadena, California, sold the Unit 1006 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jason Patrick Rafferty and Kate Ellen Rafferty, Villanova, Pennsylvania, for $450,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one baths and 961 square feet of living area.
