Top residential real estate sales for Feb. 19-23 in Longboat, Lido, St. Armands, Bird Key

A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Kimberly Ann Weidlich, trustee, and Richard Boyle, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 259 Robin Drive to Jeffrey and Carol Edgar, of Sarasota, for $5,995,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three-and-two-half baths, a pool and 4,102 square feet of living area.

Beachplace

Joan Lee Gastman, trustee, Mark Neil Gastman and Michael Scott Gastman, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the Unit 404 condominium at 1105 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Beachplace 5-404 LLC for $1.15 million. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,819 square feet of living area. It sold for $378,000 in 1995.

Paula and David Heidrich, trustees, of Villa Hills, Kentucky, sold the Unit 304 condominium at 4835 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Julie Groff, of Red Lion, Pennsylvania, for $1,141,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,393 square feet of living area. It sold for $845,000 in 2022.

Jeffrey Stuffings, of Longmont, Colorado, sold his Unit 202 condominium at 6800 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Julie Alison Marx, trustee, of Longmont Colorado, for $800,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet of living area. It sold for $260,000 in 2012.

John and Susan Pensabene, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 224 condominium at 1932 Harbourside Drive to Warren and Denise Hood, of Mahomet, Illinois, for $610,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,192 square feet of living area. It sold for $330,000 in 2013.
