A condominium in L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Thomas Sweet, trustee, sold the Unit M-908 condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to James and Lauren Whitehurst, of Longboat Key, for $5.7 million. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three-and-two-half baths and 3,220 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.8 million in 2014.
Terrance and Kimberly Schneider, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit C-107 condominium at 535 Sanctuary Drive to Susan Paulson, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $2.8 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,580 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.18 million in 2020.
Coralea Nan Wennberg, trustee, sold the home at 556 N. Washington Drive to Susan Frost Davis, of Sarasota, for $2.75 million. Built in 1950, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,799 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.26 million in 2020.
Jennifer Shimek, of Longboat Key, sold her home at 3575 Mistletoe Lane to Russell and Dina Kruk, of Longboat Key, for $2.1 million. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,436 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.6 million in 2023.

Daniel and Donna Perry, trustees, sold the Unit 16B condominium at 500 S. Washington Drive to Janet Hroncich and Joanne Arehart, of Bradenton, for $510,000. Built in 1963, it has one bedroom, one bath and 770 square feet of living area. It sold for $255,000 in 2017.
