Built in 2017, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,320 square feet of living area. It sold for $6.1 million in 2021.
Gloria Detwiler, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 3C1 condominium at 2399 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Pelican Watch LLC for $5.4 million. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,018 square feet of living area. It sold for $3.45 million in 2015.
