Lido, Bird Key residents can use St. Armands parking garage this month

The city of Sarasota is offering residents of St. Armands, Lido and Bird Key parking permits to use the St. Armands Garage during October.

The permits, which will cost $100, are for residents only. Parking will be limited to the third and fourth floors in the St. Armands Garage, 57 N. Adams Drive.

The permits are being offered to ease on-street congestion and to allow space to accommodate emergency and solid waste/storm debris vehicles.

Parking permit applications must be submitted in-person to the Parking Division, 1575 Second St. Proof of residency is required, such as a lease agreement, driver’s license, utility bill or vehicle registration. The application can be downloaded from SarasotaFL.gov.
