The Sarasota Parks and Recreation Department will host its annual Aqua Egg Hunt at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 12, at the Arlington Park & Aquatic Complex at 2650 Waldemere St.

Groups will be divided by age to make ensure each child can gather eggs safely. Special prizes will be awarded to those who find the "golden" eggs, and all children will have the opportunity to meet the Easter Bunny and take home a goody bag.

Parents must enter the water with children who are 5 years old and younger. Age groups and times are:

  • Age 3 and younger, 1 p.m.
  • Age 4-5. 1:20 p.m.
  • Age 6-8: 1:40 p.m.
  • Age 8-12: 2 p.m.

Registration is available online at the city’s new and improved registration website at LetsPlaySarasota.com.
