Martin and Diana Rosansky, of Sarasota, sold their home at 495 McKinley Drive to Sea Dancer LLC for $4.83 million. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, six baths, a pool and 3,903 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,135,000 in 1998.

Eileen Fitzpatrick and Dawn Fitzpatrick, of Irvington, New York, sold their Unit 504 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Michael and Jennifer Brady, of Sarasota, for $3.9 million.
