Charles and Lauren Lomangino, trustees, of Boca Raton, sold the home at 5418 Siesta Cove Drive to Karen Kuppler, trustee, of Sarasota, for $5 million. Built in 2021, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,306 square feet of living area. It sold for $3.5 million in 2021.
