$30 million home under construction on Siesta Key

A home under construction on Siesta Key is going on the market this fall with a price tag just under $30 million, the real estate firm Compass has announced.

The 13,000-square-foot home at 3990 Higel Ave. will sit on an acre of beachfront property and includes a detached 2-bedroom guest house and a private deeded boat lift capable of hoisting 20,000 pounds. 

The home, designed by DSDG Architects and is being built by Nutter Construction, will boast five bedroom suites, soaring ceilings and retractable glass walls offering seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Plans also call for a gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, designer hardware, and state-of-the-art appliances; a dedicated party room and a wine room.

The primary suite is complete with private sitting areas, a balcony with Gulf views, and a spa-inspired ensuite bath with a soaking tub and oversized shower.
