A condominium in The Beach Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Henry and Dawn Duques, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1208 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Michael Allen Gruskin and Laura Hope Gruskin, of Franklin, Michigan, for $3.6 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 5,254 square feet of living area. It sold for $4.46 million in 2005.
Marc and Carrie Goldman, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3314 Sabal Cove Lane to Todd and Lois Karran, of Longboat Key, for $2,625,000. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, three-and-two-half baths, a pool and 4,950 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,825,000 in 2020.
Roy Kenneth Zitomer and Elise Michelle Zitomer, trustees, sold the Unit 102 condominium at 1045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Louis Finos and Teresa Finos, trustees, of DeWitt, Michigan, for $1,275,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet of living area. It sold for $690,000 in 2015.
Phillip Edward Younger and Fanny Cohen Younger, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 737 Penfield St. to Daren Spinelle Rosemary Younger, of Longboat Key, for $803,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,178 square feet of living area. It sold for $888,000 in February.
Gamil and Amira Debbas, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit PH-6 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mary Dawn Seymour, of Longboat Key, for $737,500. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 961 square feet of living area. It sold for $165,000 in 1993.

Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,207 square feet of living area. It sold for $125,000 in 1982.
