By giving our photographers a verbal agreement along with your name for captions, you also are consenting to the publication of your image on YourObserver.com and other Observer Media Group Inc. online platforms, such as social media.
If you wish to request the removal of a published photo, please contact President & Publisher Emily Walsh at [email protected]. In the email, provide an explanation for the removal, along with a link to the photo in question. Observer Media Group Inc. editors will review your request and provide a timely response via email. Photos believed to be libel, slanderous, a matter of national security or a matter of personal security that wouldn't otherwise be public will be given top priority.
